Review of Batman Knight of Vengeance

Recently DC comics has come out with a great mini-series called Flashpoint. With Flashpoint came mini-series based off Flashpoint. Case in point: Batman Knight of Vengeance. In the strange world of Batman Knight of Vengeance, it was not Bruce Wayne's parents who died that night in Crime Alley, but just Bruce. Thomas Wayne became the Dark Knight, and Martha Wayne, well that's where it gets interesting. In the horror of losing her beloved son, she went mad, cut a smile across her face, and became the infamous Joker. Somehow she knows Thomas is Batman. So when he finds her with dead body's all around, you can just feel the awkwardness. Tomorrow: A review of the entire Red Robin series.

Review of A Study in Scarlet graphic novel

A Study in Scarlet graphic novel is a great adaption of the classic mystery story by Arthur Conan Doyle. This book retells the first mystery Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson collaborated on. The book is illustrated by I.N.J. Culbard, and the original text is adapted by Ian Edginton. This book is great for fans of Sherlock Holmes and fans of the mystery genre. Review of Spirit Archives Vol. 1

The Spirit Archives Vol.1 collects some of the first short comic book stories chronicling the adventures of the Spirit. The genius behind The Spirit is comic book legend Will Eisner. The Spirit features such characters as his cab driving sidekick Ebony, Police Commissioner Dolan, and finally The Spirits love interest Ellen Dolan. I just can't say how highly I recommend this book to all you readers. I would recommend this book to fans of comics in general.

Review of Justice

Justice. A story that needed to be told. With the script by Jim Krueger and art by Doug Braithwaite and Alex Ross, Justice truly tells a tale of heroic justice. The book features most if not all of DC's greatest heroes and villains. Justice tells the story of when the villains of the earth unite against the Justice League of America. Filled with excitement, thrills, and talking gorillas, Justice has it all. I would recommend Justice to fans of the Justice League of America. Tomorrow: A review of the Spirit Archives vol. 1

Review of Marvel 1602

What would it be like if the marvel heroes existed in the early 15th century? That is a question that Marvel 1602 answers. Marvel 1602 is written by Neil Gaiman, and drawn by Andy Kubert. Marvel 1602 deals with what it would be like if some of the most major marvel heroes were on our earth in a time of superstition, it also shows the affect they would have on our world. I personally found this to be one of my favorite Marvel stories. I would recommend Marvel 1602 to fans of Neil Gaiman, to fans of Andy Kubert, and to fans of the Marvel universe.
