Batman Venom is a tale not for the easily saddened. Batman Venom tells the tale of when Batman gets addicted to, basically, enhanced steroids. Not to spoil the story, but I will tell you that the ending is saddening, or at least it was for me. The story is written by the acclaimed writer, Denny O'Neil, and drawn by Russel Braun. Personally, this is one of my favorite Batman stories. I would recommend Batman Venom to fans of Denny O'Neil, and to fans of Batman. Tomorrow: A review of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns.
