Review of Batman the movie

Batman the movie is a awe inspiring film, featuring such actors as Michael Keaton (Batman), Jack Nicholson (The Joker), and Kim Basinger (Vicki Vale). The film is directed by Tim Burton, who's resume boasts of directing the film Beetlejuice. But to comment on the actors, Michael Keaton gives the character Batman a interesting and more psychologically oriented feel. And needless to say, Jack Nicholson gives a award winning performance as the evil laughing mastermind the Joker. And finally, to Kim Basinger. She plays Batman's tough and smart love interest, Vicki Vale. I would recommend this film to fans of the Batman comic book series. Tomorrow: A review of Ghost Rider the movie.

    I remember watching this movie in the movie theatre in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The crowd LOVED the movie -- lots of hooting and clapping. Danny Elfman's music was spot on.
